Keeping with our core values, the success of this project is entirely dependent on the support of our founding members. We have a great team, discipline, dedication, and the desire to produce your finest product. As a token of our gratitude, we will be giving back to PWC owners who share in our vision and have granted us the means to make it true. Each PWC owner will receive the following benefits:
Perpetual Appropriation
By becoming a sponsor of a TLNBS Grow Spot through the Perennial Waters Collection, you will receive your base plus tiered benefit in perpetuity. TLNBS will allow you to pick your cannabis at our location (if eligible according to New Mexico state guidelines) or you can choose to have us sell it through our distributor and we will disburse your appropriations value through crypto. Eventually, as laws become more favorable, we will adapt your benefits accordingly.
Potential Benefits over 5 Years at Base Appropriation:
1st Year: 1 Harvest (3.6 oz) x $100/oz = $360.00
2nd Year: 2 Harvests (7.2 oz) x $100/oz = $720.00
3rd Year: (Max Capacity) 4 Harvests (14.4 oz) x $100/oz = $1440.00
4th Year: (Max Capacity) 4 Harvests (14.4 oz) x $100/oz = $1440.00
5th Year: (Max Capacity) 4 Harvests (14.4 oz) x $100/oz = $1440.00
TOTAL: $5400.00
One Free Night at the The Loch Ness Lodge/Resort per Year for Each Owner This will be a standard king or double queen room with some extra perks for PWC owners. Reservations will need to be made in advance and availability will not be guaranteed for the exact date you choose but we will try our best to accommodate you. While staying with us, you will have free breakfast and dinner at our Lodge as well as access to other paid amenities for free.
VIP Access to the Grand Atrium and The Loch Ness Botanical Society Tours PWC owners will have a special lounge, The Perennial Waters Lounge, within the Grand Atrium where they can hold private events, meetings, or just hang out. They are welcome to use it at their leisure although events would need to be booked in advance. The lounge will have spectacular views of our flowering floor and amenities including catering, open bar, premium sports broadcasts, and more. An owner's level of access will depend on their Ownership Ranking.
Early Product Samples We are aiming for a vertical integration license which would allow us to begin manufacturing products from our own harvest. The Loch Ness Botanical Society will provide a way to register to receive anywhere from a single product to a box full of assorted goodies, according to their Ownership Ranking, for pickup at our facility or shipped to them if eligible based on state, federal, and international regulations.
Additionally, 10% of secondary trades of all PWC NFTs will be retained by The Loch Ness Botanical Society as royalty, 3% of which will be directly given to The Perennial Waters Treasury. Royalties will not apply to appropriations, only to the sale of the NFT on a secondary marketplace. As an PWC owner, you will have access to the entire TLNBS ecosystem (discussed in our roadmap). Your NFT will is a lifetime membership pass which will give you access to all the benefits discussed above at our Angel Fire, NM facility. We will also have an app for prospective owners to browse and manage their unique benefits.
