Owners will receive special rankings based on the number of grow spots they sponsor. The tiers in this ranking system are as listed below. The benefits provided to each will be different but the base benefits will still be substantial for all owners. 

* **Egalitarian Benefits:**
  * **1 Harvest Minimum per Year**
  * **20% base yield appropriation** 
* **Tier One (1 - 5 Grow Spots):** 
  * **Eligible for 1 Pre-Release Manufactured Product per Year**
  * **Perennial Waters Lounge Access:**
    * **Member Pricing on Food & Beverages**
* **Tier Two (6 - 20 Grow Spots):**
  * **Eligible for 5 Pre-Release Manufactured Products per Year**
  * **Perennial Waters Lounge Access:**
    * **Unlimited Non-Alcoholic Beverages**
    * **Special Tier Two Member Pricing on Food & Alcoholic Beverages**
  * **+5% Yield Appropriation (25% Total)**
* **Tier Three (21 - 50 Grow Spots):**
  * **Eligible for 10 Pre-Release Manufactured Products per Year**
  * **Perennial Waters Lounge Access:**
    * **Unlimited Food & Beverages**
    * **One Private Event per Year** 
      * **Special Member Pricing on Catering and Bar Services**
  * **+5% Yield Appropriation (30% Total)**
* **Tier Four (51 - 100 Grow Spots):**
  * **Eligible for 15 Pre-Release Manufactured Products per Year**
  * **Perennial Waters Lounge Access:**
    * **Unlimited Food & Beverages**
    * **One Private Event per Year** 
      * **Bar and Catering provided as a token of appreciation from the The Loch Ness Botanical Society.**
  * **+5% Yield Appropriation (35% Total)**
* **Tier Six (100+ Grow Spots):**
  * **Eligible for 20 Pre-Release Manufactured Products per Year**
  * **Perennial Waters Lounge Access:**
    * **Unlimited Food & Beverages**
    * **Two Private Events per Year** 
      * **Bar and Catering provided as a token of appreciation from the Graine Ledger.**
    * **Transportation to and from the nearest Airport on your visit.**
    * **Secret Tier Five Facility Access with PWC Lounge**
  * **+5% Yield Appropriation (40% Total)**
